1. Operational Environment Access
Our platform grants a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access operational modules, cloud computing node graphs, and telemetry databases. Unauthorized reverse-engineering of state processing models is strictly prohibited.
2. SLA Uptime Commitment (99.99%)
We stand by our robust multi-regional kubernetes availability clusters. Downtime compensation cycles automatically apply directly to billing profiles if database cluster availability falls below 99.99% in any billing month.
3. Rate Limits & Load Thresholds
To guarantee operational performance stability for all workspace nodes, standard accounts are throttled at 10,000 API operations per minute. Spikes beyond this limit will result in rate-limiting responses (HTTP 429).
4. Compliance With Cyber Regulation
By joining, you declare your active workspace complies with GDPR, SOC2 operational parameters, and standard regional cyber laws. Systems distributing malware or performing malicious load injection will be terminated instantly.
